Hello Brethren,

Have you ever wonder that there are so many Christians are living a defeated life and in impoverished condition? How can that be when we have a loving Father who is an awesome God and that He is in control of everything in this universe. He even knows the number of our hair in our head!! Have not the Bible promised that we shall live a victorious life and that our heart shall be filled with the peace of God that this world could not provide?

In Joshua 1:8 God said to him that, “Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in everything you do”. This is just one of the many promises that God has given us through Jesus Christ. In this passage, there is absolutely no correlation between your abilities and success. Your success is based on your commitment to the Word of God. When you are committed to obeying and meditating on the Bible, you will succeed at what God chose for you to do.

Incredibly exciting isn’t it? Just by knowing & meditating the word of God will have such an enormous impact in our life! Prosper and successful. As a tent-maker, God has been true to His word in my life. I’d encourage you to try it.

This week focus will be dedicated to knowing the word of God:

• Thank God for the Bible that we can easily obtain from the bookshop in our city.
• Thank God for Godly people who are able to teach & explain the word of God to us so freely without restriction. This is not the case in many parts of the world.
• Thank God for leading you this far. Thank Him for the knowledge of the Bible you have in your spirit. John 1:14 stated that the “Word was made fresh and dwelt amongst us.”
• Ask the Holy Spirit to give you strength to read the entire Bible in 2013. Guarantee that your life will never be the same again.
• Ask God to open up spiritual understanding of the word of God so that you can meditate, and be successful and prosperous in life.
• Ask God to send us people who are able to help us establish the spiritual foundation base on the word of God.
• Ask the Lord to direct your spiritual life in 2003.
• Pray that your ears will be opened this year to God’s instruction.
• Pray that you will discover God’s original intention for your life from 2013.

Do not live an under-privilege life. Our Father in heaven owns the cattle of the thousand hills. He is still in control of our very breath. He is fully in charge. Trust Him.
